1. Refunds
We offer a 15-day refund policy from the date of enrollment for all online courses and training programs. If you are not satisfied with your course or training, you can request a full refund within 15 days of your enrollment date, subject to the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 15 days from the date of enrollment.
- You must have completed no more than 25% of the course content at the time of your refund request.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@weskilltogether.com with your enrollment details (such as your name, course name, and proof of purchase).
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Please note that refunds are only available for individual course enrollments. If you purchased a bundle or subscription, the refund applies only to the specific course(s) within the bundle or subscription, and the remaining courses will still be available to you.
2. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you can do so within 15 days from the date of enrollment to be eligible for a refund, as outlined above. After 15 days, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, but you will still have access to the course for the remainder of its duration.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- If the refund request is made more than 15 days after the enrollment date.
- If more than 25% of the course content has been completed or accessed.
- If you have violated our Terms and Conditions or engaged in any conduct that we deem inappropriate or disruptive to the community or platform.

- Cancellation Confirmation: If your cancellation is confirmed, we will notify you that access to the course will be revoked or that the cancellation has been processed.
